N-MOSFET Load Switch Controller
General Description
Features
The RT9727A is a load switch controller to control the z Driver N-MOSFET Load Switch
external N-MOSFET load switch. The input voltage range z Input Voltage Range : 6V to 25V
of the RT9727A is from 6V to 25V. The RT9727A adopts z Constant Power Discharge
the constant power discharge method to discharge the z Over Temperature Protection
residual storages. Besides, the RT9727A also provides z Enable Control
enable control function and over temperature protection z RoHS Compliant and Halogen Free
function.
The RT9727A is available in a SC-70-6 package.
