2. General
The TLP3317 is a photorelay in a 4-pin USOP that consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled with an infrared
light emitting diode. The TLP3317 is suitable for applications that require low output capacitance and high
withstand voltage, such as LCD testers.
3. Features
(1) Normally open (1-Form-A)
(2) OFF-state output terminal voltage: 80 V (min)
(3) Trigger LED current: 3 mA (max)
(4) ON-state current: 120 mA (max)
(5) ON-state resistance: 7 Ω (typ.), 12 Ω (max)
(6) OFF-state Capacitance: 5.0 pF (typ.), 7.0 pF (max)
(7) Isolation voltage: 500 Vrms (min)
(8) Safety standards
UL recognized : UL1577 File No.E67349
