TIP100 is a high power NPN transistor commonly used in power amplifier and switching applications. It has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 60V and a maximum collector current of 8A, making it suitable for high-power circuits. The TIP100 transistor has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage and high current gain, which allows it to switch high currents with low power dissipation.
