XO64 OSCILLATOR
32.768kHz Low Power Clock Oscillator
DESCRIPTION
XO64 oscillators are produced in a micro-miniature package and
provide 32.768kHz with low power consumption, typically 5 micro
Amps maximum at 3.3 Volts, even less for lower supply voltages.
Additionally, to conserve power the oscillator has a Tristate function
implemented by default. The oscillator can be supplied with any
voltage from 1.5 Volts to 6.0 Volts. The XO64 oscillator is an ideal
choice for a wide range of battery powered, hand held equipment.

* Frequency stability parameter includes calibration tolerance at 25°C,
temperature variations, frequency change due to shock and vibration
and ±10% supply voltage variation.
** Output (Pad 3) is active if not connected or a voltage to Pad 1 is
‘HIGH’. Output is high impedance when ‘LOW’ or Ground is applied
to Pad 1.
