Features
General Description
Wide Input Voltage from 4.5V to 24V
APW7312 is a 2A synchronous buck converter with inte-

The APW7312 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM
mode operation. At light load, the IC operates in the PFM

IC works in PWM.
Programmable Soft-Start
The APW7312 is also equipped with Power-on-reset, soft-

Current-Limit Protection with Frequency Foldback over-temperature, and current-limit) into a single package.
Enable/Shutdown Function
This device, available SOP-8, provides a very compact
