(1) Small footprint due to a small and thin package
(2) Low drain-source on-resistance: RDS(ON) = 3.5 mΩ (typ.) (VGS = 4.5 V)
(3) Low leakage current: IDSS = 10 µA (max) (VDS = 20 V)
(4) Enhancement mode: Vth = 0.5 to 1.2 V (VDS = 10 V, ID = 1 mA)
