2.0 General Description
This specification applies to the 15.0 inch Color TFT-LCD Module M150XN04.
The display supports the XGA (1024(H) x 768(V)) screen format and 262,144 colors (RGB 6-bits data).
All input signals are 2 Channel TTL interface compatible.
This module does not contain an inverter card for backlight.

Note 1: Definition of Response time:
The output signals of photodetector are measured when the input signals are changed from Blackto White
(falling time), and from Whiteto Black(rising time), respectively. The response time interval between the 10% and
90% of amplitudes. Refer to figure as below.
