• Ready/Busy# (RY/BY#) Output
- Provides a hardware method of detecting program and erase operation completion

BLOCK STRUCTURE
The main flash memory array can be organized as 2M Words. The details of the address ranges and the cor-
responding sector addresses are shown in Table 1-1 & 1-2. Table 1-1 shows the sector group architecture for the
Top Boot part, whereas Table 1-2 shows the sector group architecture for the Bottom Boot part. The specific se-
curity sector addresses are shown at the bottom off each of these tables.
