20V Dual N-Channel MOSFET
General Description
Product Summary
The AON2880 combines advanced trench MOSFET
technology with a low resistance package to provide
extremely low RDS(ON). This device contains two
MOSFETs arranged in a common-drain configuration to
facilitate bi-directional battery charge control with reverse
protection.
