Description
This N-Channel MOSFET is produced using Fairchild
Semiconductor®’s advance PowerTrench® process that has
been tailored to minimize the on-state resistance while maintain-
ing superior switching performance.

• Synchronous Rectification for ATX / Server / Telecom PSU
